INSURANCE
At the moment I am only accepting Optum/UnitedHealthCare (UHC) and Aetna. If you carry this insurance, I can bill them directly. Sometimes your health plan includes a copay or co-share, which I will collect at the beginning of the session. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to find whether you have a copay, co-share, or deductible.
SUPERBILL
In the event that I do not accept your insurance, I would be considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider, which means I could provide a receipt of services, also known as a Superbill. A Superbill is a detailed receipt that you could submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
PAYMENT
Payments are accepted through Venmo or Paypal. If sent through Paypal, there may be an additional charge.
